Holidays in North Cornwall
Rock Boat Charters are based in the town of Rock, sitting on the waterfront of the Camel Estuary. The marina in front of the town is full of little boats of all sizes and bustles with watersports in the Summer.
This is an ideal and sought after region for holidays, and there is a great deal of demand for the accommodation here. The water taxi operates from a ferry point right in front of the Inn location, next to the long, golden sands that stretch round to Daymer Bay, and almost as far as Polzeath.
The Camel Estuary is based right in the centre of North Cornwall, looking out on the vast Atlantic. The stunning scenery and villages full of character make this land unique and draw visitors from all over the world.
In this wonderful region is Brookfields, an excellent example of a bed and breakfast Cornwall has in great supply - homely, welcoming and in wonderful surroundings. It is a modern house, but a building that has its own personality, and features paintings from local artist, Allan Caswell.
Located near St. Kew in farmland close to Rock, Port Isaac and Wadebridge, it is a great place to start exploring North Cornwall from, minutes from the coast, and on the main road from Bude to Truro. |
